The founders of AROSE are restaurant owners. Having seen the large amounts of waste in our industry, they saw an opportunity for efficiencies and sustainable practices that would save them money.
In time, their sole focus became reducing restaurant industry waste as a whole, and reducing our collective carbon footprint. AROSE’s services and processes include recycling organic kitchen waste products, including cooking oil, food scraps, cardboard and trap grease. We convert these into renewable energy and organic fertilizer.
